1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s conciliation division B completed the registration of the transfer of ownership in its name on May 10, 1928, for the sale as of 390 square meters (1289 square meters; hereinafter “instant issues land”) in Gyeongnam-gun C (hereinafter “Seoul-gun C”) (hereinafter “Seoul-gun D”) in Gyeongnam-gun, Yangnam-gun, Yangsan-gun, and Da (hereinafter “Seoul-gun”), for the transfer of ownership in its name.

B. The key land of this case was changed to the maintenance of land category on January 24, 1970.

C. Yangsan-gun completed the registration of ownership transfer due to a gift made on May 30, 1928 by Law No. 30628 (No. 3094) with respect to the land of this case on August 25, 1981 by Busan District Court's Dong Branch of the Busan District Court pursuant to Act No. 3094 (No. 3094).

On February 22, 1984, the key land of the instant case was incorporated into 291 square meters, G maintenance, 1233 square meters, and 2813 square meters, Gyeongnam-gun, Yangsan-gun on land cadastre (hereinafter “instant land after the instant merger”).

(F) The registration of subdivision was completed on August 18, 1995. (e)

After the merger of this case, the land was newly established under the Act No. 4802, which was enforced on March 1, 1995 (the Act on the Establishment of 9 Autonomous Gus in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the Act on the Change, etc. of Jurisdiction between Special Metropolitan Cities and Metropolitan Cities), and was accordingly incorporated into the jurisdiction of the defendant. Accordingly, the defendant completed the registration of transfer on the land after the merger as of March 1, 1995 due to the transfer and takeover of the land as of March 1, 195.

F. The land after the instant annexation was completed on June 19, 196 on the following occasions: (a) a new parcel number was assigned to the land section 1291.9 square meters in Busan-gun, Busan-gun (hereinafter “after the instant land substitution”); and (b) a registration of change in title was made on December 2, 1996 on December 1, 199.

G. B, upon marriage with the wifeJ, has 3 South and North 4 children under the her supervision, and on April 16, 1979.
