A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) taken off screen pictures of the body of the victim, who was a female under his/her name, who was locked, by taking advantage of the Defendant’s cell phone camera in the non-explosion room in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) taken screen pictures of the body of the victim, who was a female under his/her name, who was locked, and who was in a physical state on the floor of the said Moel toilet room.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against the victim's will.

2. Around December 12, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on December 12, 2018, the body of the victim, who was a female under the name of the Defendant’s cell phone camera, was taken by the Defendant’s cell phone camera in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against the victim's will.

3. Around 05:00 on December 19, 2019, the Defendant, using the Defendant’s mobile phone camera, taken a photo of the victim E (the title, inn, 20 years old) who was divingd on the bed part of the bed part of the bed part of the bed part of the bed part of the bed part of the bed part by using the Defendant’s mobile phone at the same place at around 05:08, and then posted the above photograph to the bed part of the Defendant’s Kakao Stockholm Group where nine persons, such as F, are participating in the bed part of the bed part of the bed part of the bed part.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against the victim's will, and distributed the above photographer.
