A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a space between the victim B (a person, a man) and the victim B.

1. From September 2019 to March 2020, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s body, who is being in a bed in a bed body with the Defendant’s smartphone camera, against his/her will, the lower part of his/her chest, sound, face.

From September 2019 to March 2020, the Defendant taken pictures against the victim’s face and part of the body of the victim who is fit to fit with the Defendant in the state of being abandoned with the Defendant using the Defendant’s smartphone camera in Incheon’s trade in secret, from around September 2019 to around March 202.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.

3. On April 29, 2020, from around 00:00 to 00:30 on the same day, the Defendant sent four copies of the victim’s her body photograph, such as the victim’s chest photographs exposed to the victim’s chest and her body photo on the same day, using the Defendant’s smartphone, to the victim’s husband against the victim’s will.

As a result, the defendant provided the victim's body photographs or reproductions which could cause sexual humiliation or shame against the victim's will.
