1. The sentence against the accused shall be 2.5 million won;

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On September 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a period of six months by imprisonment for fraud at the Ulsan District Court. The judgment became final and conclusive on September 14, 2012.

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 15, 2012, the Defendant would offer shares in D branches of Ulsan Livestock Industry Cooperatives D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, and around that time, E’s “F-related business and scrap metal-related business.”

In order to conduct the notarial act of equity, the head of the E’s seal imprint shall have a seal and identification card, and the head of the E’s seal imprint already received shall make a passbook of self-reliance deposit in the name of E in order to receive 50 million won investment from F using the resident registration certificate, and the name, resident registration number, address, home telephone call, mobile phone column, etc. of E are written as “E” in the column for the change of customer information, and the said E’s seal imprint was affixed next to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application form for personal customer transaction, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, exercised one copy of the application for transaction with an individual customer who is not aware of the fact as above, as if it were duly formed.
