A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, on December 2009, kept his seal imprint and driving license from the injured party in order to change the representative of the company operated by the Defendant from the Victim F to the name of the injured party.
1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;
A. On April 27, 2010, the Defendant forged an application for opening an account and the event of the aforementioned investigation document: (a) on April 27, 2010, the Defendant stated that he/she had a driver’s license granted from F at the new branch of the Enterprise Bank New Year 291, Yangcheon-gu Seoul, in the form of the application for opening the account, that he/she had been holding the driver’s license from F, using the pen in the name column, “F,” “G,” resident registration number column,” and “G,” and “G,” and the address column of the workplace (head of the business) in the column of “Ye-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (2 floor),” “J” and “J,” the workplace FAX column and the representative director’s name in the workplace column, and submitted the application form under the name of “J” as if he/she had his/her name forged,” and “G,” the Defendant stated that he/she had his/her name in the name “G” column.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application form for opening an account in the name of F, a private document related to rights and obligations, and exercised it.
B. On June 30, 2010, the Defendant forged a loan application form and the said investigation document event around 18:00 on June 30, 2010, the Defendant: (a) issued a driver’s license and certificate of seal impression with F at the office of the K in charge of the K in charge of the K in charge of the K in charge of the K in-house, Gangseo-gu, Seoul; and (b) opened an electronic access medium for an enterprise bank account in the name of the F established as above in the above form of a clin loan using a pen organ in the form of “F”, “L” in the English column, “G” in the resident registration number column, and “M” in the phone column.
