A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to three hundred thousand won.

One certificate (No. 1) of a motor vehicle registration number plate seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) arbitrarily removed the registration license plate of C-crock 124C motor bicycle in front of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) attached the VS125 motor bicycle (motor vehicle number: D); and (c) from that time until March 19, 2016, the Defendant operated the said VS125 motor bicycle at the front of Seoul Metropolitan Government until March 18:07.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate illegally for the purpose of exercising, and exercised the illegally used air defense.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use a registration number plate, etc.;

Nevertheless, as described in Paragraph 1, the Defendant used the registration license plate for C-cr her cruise 124C motorcycle.

3. No automobile shall be operated on a road which has not been subscribed for mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;

Nevertheless, around 18:07 on March 19, 2016, the Defendant operated a motor bicycle that did not purchase mandatory insurance on the front road of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

4. On March 19, 2016, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle at a section of about 500 meters from the 403rd road to the front road of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu without obtaining a license for a motorcycle around 18:07, and then driven a VS125 motorcycle.
