1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 100,827,808 out of the total amount of KRW 196,851,913 and the above amount from August 14, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Description of Claim

Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act applicable to a claim for the payment of the principal amount not paid as of August 13, 2014 (i.e., KRW 196,851,913 in total (i.e., principal amount, KRW 100,827,808, KRW 96,024,105), and KRW 257(1) of the amount of interest payable as of August 13, 2014 to the defendant who was acquired from the Korean card, Gag Capital, and Gag loan from the KNF on June 21, 2013 by the Plaintiff against the defendant (i.e., depreciation claim), small credit loan claims, corporate bank on June 28, 2013, and credit card loan claims against the defendant taken over from the foreign exchange bank, and (ii) credit card loan claims against the defendant.
