A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 4, 2019, around 00:13, the Defendant suffered damage to the victim’s satisfy in front of “D” main points operated by Boan-si B and C (n, 30 years of age).
