A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On May 5, 2016, from around 20:00 to around 01:00 the following day, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s main business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as asking the victim for alcohol from the main point of “E” operated by the victim D (W, 56 years of age) located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, to the point of “E”, which is operated by the victim D (W, and 56 years of age), and dumping the victim from the sofacing sof as to the cump of F, which is the seat of the victim.
