Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on April 6, 200, the Incheon District Court sentenced two years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and eight months from imprisonment for larceny, etc. on December 20, 2012, and completed the enforcement of the sentence on August 20, 2013 in the Incheon Detention House.

1. From March 2014 to April 11, 2014, Defendant A: (a) opened a fire fighting boat on each floor of the above apartment building in Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon; (b) opened a fire fighting boat on the passage of each floor; and (c) cut off the fire ice connected to the fire fighting pipe by using the upper part and the upper part; and (d) separated the above hold from the above ice by cutting off the fire fighting ice connected to the fire fighting pipe, which was the victim’s victim’s 35,000 won, at 40m fire fighters in total, 210,000 won managed by the head of the management office of the above apartment building E.

Defendant B: (a) around March 10, 2014, Defendant B, operated by Defendant B, who was in the Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Seoul, purchased KRW 4,700 per kilogram by calculating KRW 124,00 per kilogram, knowing that the 31 kilograms of the victim’s fire-fighting hold, he stolen from Defendant A, were stolen.

In addition, from around that time to around April 2014, Defendant B purchased KRW 715,600 with knowledge of the fact that he was stolen by Defendant A during nine times, as shown in attached Table 2 of Crime List 2.
