A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for night residence intrusion larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on April 21, 2014, and completed the execution of the above punishment.

Around 15:25 on September 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the Jeju-si 2-No. 54 Dopo-si 2, 54 Gapo-si apartment complex, which was installed in the fire hydrants No. 304 3-4 Gapo-si; (b) returned the fire-fighting labor union enjoyed by hand; and (c) deducted the pipe hold; (d) 5 A. 13,000 Gapo-ro 11,000 Gapo-ro ropo-ro ro ropo-ro ropo-ro ro ropo-ro ropo-ro 11,000; and (d) failed to take three P.S. 15:26, Oct. 15, 2014, the Defendant attempted to steal the total market price of 3,621,000 Gapo-ro 406 Gapo-ro ro or 16.
