Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 4 months of imprisonment with prison labor or 2 years of suspended execution due to intrusion of buildings at night at the Cheongju District Court on the 16th of the same month, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive and is still under suspended execution.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a person with a disability of Grade II intellectual disability.

1. On March 1, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime, around 02:00 on March 1, 2017, set up a “E” for the operation of the Cheong-gu Nowon-gu C Victim D, Seocho-gu, Cheongju-si, and opened a door that has not been corrected, and entered into the door with cash of KRW 100,000,000 owned by the victim and stolen the property owned by the victim by intrusion on another’s structure at night.

2. On March 15, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime, around 02:00 on March 15, 2017, opened a Cheongju-si Cheongju-si F, and “H” restaurant operated by Cheongju-si Cheongju-si, and opened a Cheongwon-gu Ham, which was not corrected, and made a theft of property owned by the victim by impairing another’s building at night with cash of KRW 10,000,000 owned by the victim and impairing it at night.

3. On March 31, 2017, the Defendant, on March 31, 2017, set up a 3rd floor of the Heung-gu Cheongdong-gu Cheongdong-gu Cheongdong-gu Cheongdong-gu Cheongdong-gu, and opened an unrecepted door and 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim and stolen the property owned by the victim by intrusion upon another person’s building at night.

4. On April 2, 2017, the Defendant committed a theft of property owned by another person due to intrusion on another person’s structure at night, such as: (a) around 04:40 on April 2, 2017, at an “N” restaurant for the operation of the victim M, which is located in Cheongju-gu L; (b) opening an unreshed main window; and (c) seeking to open a credit cooperative owned by the victim; and (d) attempted to commit a crime against the employees of the security firm dispatched to the scene, who were at the scene, at the end of the commission of the crime.
