The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is the mother of E in a divorce proceeding with the victim D.

On August 11, 2016, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on the part of the two police officers, his spouse, E, etc. dispatched after receiving a report from the victim at G cafeteria located in F., Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on August 14:1, 2016, the Defendant read the victim as “a person with a mental disorder, who lives in the inner and living baby, and who is placed in a mental hospital,” and “a person with a mental disorder.”

2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, and can be prosecuted only upon a complaint under Article 312(1) of the same Act.

According to the records, since the victim revoked the complaint against the defendant after the prosecution of this case was instituted, the prosecution is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
