Judgment

The facts charged in this case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only upon a complaint under Article 312(1) of the same Act.

According to the records, since F, the complainant after the indictment of this case, revoked the complaint against the defendant on September 4, 2018, the indictment of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
