The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

On July 4, 2015, around 15.20: (a) on July 15, 2015, the Defendant publicly insulting the complainant by openly insulting the complainant in the street before the Management Office of the 17 Apartment Complex C apartment complex, on the ground that the complainant would have been able to do so first, (b) in front of the Management Office of the Da ( South, the age of 51).

However, this case is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when a complaint is filed pursuant to Article 312(1) of the same Act. Since the complainant revoked the complaint against the defendant after the indictment of this case, the indictment is dismissed pursuant to Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
