A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 3048"
1. On May 29, 2016, around 20:30 on May 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) went into the office “D” office operated by the victim C located in the north-gu Busan Metropolitan City; (b) went into the office through an unresh window; and (c) then cut off by taking property equivalent to the total market price of KRW 16,500,000, in so far as there are about 3,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (d) one so-called tobacco amounting to KRW 5,00,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 16,50,000.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal the victim's property by impairing the victim's structure at night.

1. On May 1, 2016, at around 21:00 on May 1, 201, the Defendant: (a) opened a locking system in the container boxes at the entrance of the F Park G located in Busan Northern-gu, and opened up the container boxes managed by the victim H; (b) opened the locking system in advance; and (c) intruded the container into the container; and (d) cut off one of the keys in the market price, which is the victim’s ownership.
2. On May 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at night, around the time and time indicated in paragraph (1), opened a entrance by using a stolen key, and intrudes into the entrance; (b) owned by the victim’s bank at night; and (c) stolen the entrance with approximately KRW 42,00,00, which is the victim’s possession in the safe; and (d) stolen the entrance.
3. On May 23, 2016, the Defendant, at night, was committing larceny of a structure at night on May 23, 2016, when the F Park J operated by the victim J in Busan Northern-gu around 22:00.
