Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2015, at the front of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 23:35, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated that the police officer, who was dispatched after receiving 112 report that he did not pay a taxi fee and did not know his place of residence; (b) stated that “I am, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, and sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, sphere, and sphere, a police officer belonging to the same global group, committed an assault against the Defendant, thereby doing so.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of 112 reported police officers and crime prevention duties.
