Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2013, around 16:43, the Defendant stolen the “REGL” document bags equivalent to KRW 300,000,00 in the market price owned by the victim C, which was put on the right box, by taking advantage of the operational support division of Nowon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon-dong 15, in which employees are deemed to perform their duties and have neglected surveillance.
