Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On January 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and one-year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, etc. at the Central District Court on April 2016. On May 9, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the lawsuit against North Korean defectors.

[2] According to the records from August 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited an emergency room at night on August 16, 2017, following the morning’s medical examination and treatment on August 16, 2017; (b) was deemed to have been recommended to return to the emergency room and to be hospitalized in the closed ward; and (c) on August 25, 2017, the Defendant was explained that he was in need of hospitalization due to the Defendant’s shock adjustment and decentralization problems.

Due to these factors, the following crimes have been committed under the state that the ability to discern things or make decisions has been weak:

1. From August 17, 2017, the Defendant thefted the victim D’s 140,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, 140,000 won in cash, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 400 won in Korea’s physical card, and 1, 40,000 won in market price, 40,000 won in each of the following places: (a) around 12:40 on the same day, the victim’s 23 keyss, which the victim D’s D’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s d’s e’s d’s d’s e’s e’s d’s e.

2. The Defendant, on September 1, 201, in relation to the victim G, stolen the key of 47 strings, which the victim G laid down on the water tank water tank at around 11:11, on September 1, 2017, and then stolen the key of the 47 strings, which the victim G laid down. On the same day on around 11:12, the Defendant continued to hold 47 strings using the said key, and 300,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim.
