Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2013, around 03:33, the Defendant: (a) discovered a wall that the victim D (19 years of age) who was an employee was put on the PC bank located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and discovered a wall that had been put on the kerter; and (b) stolen a wall wall and a check card in the amount of KRW 130,000,000 in cash, which was located therein, at the market price of other victim’s possession.
