Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

피고인들은 2014. 12. 16. 01:40경 부산 부산진구 D에 있는 ‘E식당’ 앞 노상에서, 피해자 F(19세), 그 일행인 피해자 G(19세)와 시비를 벌이던 중, 피고인 A은 머리로 피해자 G를 들이받아 넘어뜨리고, 손으로 피해자 G의 머리채를 잡아당기고, 주먹으로 피해자 G의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 발로 피해자 G의 머리, 몸 등을 수회 걷어차고, 계속하여 주먹으로 피해자 F의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 발로 피해자 F의 머리 등을 수회 걷어차고, 피고인 B은 주먹으로 피해자 F의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 발로 피해자 F의 머리, 몸 등을 수회 걷어차고, 계속하여 주먹으로 피해자 G의 얼굴 등을 수회 때리고, 바닥에 넘어진 피해자 G의 옷을 잡고 끌고다니고, 발로 피해자 G를 수회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victims as above, and caused the victim F to be 21 days of treatment, such as the mouth and internal and organizational scambling, and led the victim G to the 20-day treatment.
