A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. As to the insult of the victim B among the facts charged in the instant case regarding the crime against the victim B, the prosecutor revoked the public prosecution on August 11, 2020 and dismissed the prosecution on the same day.

From May 16, 2020 to 03:3:30 on May 16, 2020, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance, such as: (a) the victim’s “D key points” on the first floor of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon building C, with a view to vision with the victim as a result of the cost; (b) the victim took a heavy bath; (c) the victim in the course of assaulting the victim; and (d) the glass on the table, etc., cut off on the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.

나. 상해 피고인은 제1의 가항 기재 일시, 장소에서 위와 같이 피해자 B와 시비가 되자 피해자의 멱살을 잡아 밀치고, 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴, 머리 뒷부분을 수회 때리고, 발로 피해자의 다리와 몸을 수회 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as light, cryp salt, etc., which requires approximately 20 days of treatment.

2. Crimes against E, F, G, or H.

가. 공무집행방해 피고인은 제1의 가항 기재 일시, 장소에서 위와 같은 이유로 112신고를 받고 출동한 인천서부경찰서 I지구대 소속 경찰관 E, F, G, H로부터 사건 경위에 관한 질문을 받자 배로 E을 밀고 주먹으로 E의 머리를 때리고, 피고인을 현행범인 체포하려 하는 E의 정강이를 발로 수회 걷어차고 팔꿈치로 E의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 피고인을 제지하던 F의 정강이를 발로 수회 걷어차고 팔로 F의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, G, H가 피고인을 제지한 채 순찰차에 태우려 하자, G의 정강이와 배를 발로 수회 걷어차고 바닥에 누운 채 발로 G의 배를 걷어차고 머리로 G의 가슴을 들이받고, H의 정강이를 발로 수회 걷어찼다...
