A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence of subparagraphs 9 through 11, and 17 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment on January 28, 2015 for a crime under the Narcotics Control Act at the Suwon Franchising Station, and completed the execution of the above sentence on May 29, 2015. On September 24, 2015, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced the Defendant to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (franchising) at the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the above sentence on May 31, 2016.

【Criminal facts against the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and shall not handle Metephographs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

1. On May 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received philophones from E at the exit of the D Station located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant received philophones from E, upon the request of E, the amount of philophones non-sopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopic (7 canopopics).

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On September 21, 2017, the Defendant, at a low time, injected the volume of philophones in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F 504 (e.g., 2 partitions) into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administered them in a way of injection into the arms.

B. On September 21, 2017, the Defendant administered the volume of phiphonephones in the same manner as the description in the above 2-Ga at the location described in the said 2-Ga.

On September 23, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g or 0.05g of philopon into the World Cup in front of the youth room of H hospital in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and injected it by dilution with coffee.

3. At around 14:40 on September 24, 2017, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.65g of opononononononononon on the part of the new engine in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, and approximately 0.5g of approximately 0.5g of oponononon on the part of the new engine within approximately 0.6g of 0.6g, approximately 0.64g of opononon on the part of the new engine in the middle of oponon in the middle of oponon, two one one one half of oponononon in the middle of 0.67g, approximately 0.65g, approximately 0.04g, approximately 0.04g, and approximately 0.04g of 0.24g of opon.
