A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

1,200,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Daegu District Court, and was sentenced to two years and six months, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on November 14, 2016.

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, is not a person handling narcotics, shall not sell, deliver, or administer a chrophone (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine.

1. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant issued the Defendant’s ENF rocketing car parking lot located in the front of the parking lot located in the Gu Park in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant received phiphonephones by free delivering D the philopon volume (1 partitions, approximately 0.07g) to D.

B. On March 2018, the Defendant: (a) provided the Defendant’s ENF rocketing car, which was parked in the place specified in the paragraph (a) of the above 1, to D without compensation, with the philopon’s flopon’s flopon (1 column, approximately 0.07g, daily copon’s flopon); and (b) received and delivered philopon.

2. On March 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) promised to sell Gacphones 317 located in the Gacphone F in Ansan-si, Anison-si, Anison-si; (b) promised D to sell approximately KRW 2.5g 1 million of phicon-phones to D; (c) put about approximately 0.5g of phicon-phones in possession; and (d) the remaining approximately 2g of phicon-phones at intervals of 15:08 on the same day, sold phicon-phones by receiving KRW 1 million of Hacon-phones from D to the bank account (I) of H’s bank account in the same day.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 29, 2018, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting the volume of phiphones into a one-time injection machine from Gel 317, as described in the above paragraph (2), and dilution with vesculous water, and administering phiphones in a way of injecting them into their arms blood cells.

B. On March 29, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting the volume of philophones into a one-time injection machine, dilution with vesculous water, and administering philophones in a way of injecting them into their arms blood cells.
