Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 6, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would introduce the victim a letter to work from the main point of view on the part of the victim D’s “E branch” in the victim D’s “E branch,” which was located in Saml-si.”

However, in fact, the defendant was aware of the circumstances that it is difficult to work at the main point, and the victim had no intention or ability to introduce female employees who will work in good faith at the above main point, as the defendant should visit the probation office located in the budget three times a month following the period of parole at the time F.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as such and obtained 700,000 won from the victim as the introduction expense of the above F.

2. The fee-charging job placement services in violation of the Employment Security Act shall be classified into domestic and overseas fee-charging job placement services based on the place where a worker subject to introduction intends to find a job, and a person who intends to conduct domestic or overseas fee-charging job placement services shall register with the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over

Nevertheless, on May 24, 2014, at around 16:05 and May 31, 2014, the Defendant, without registering it, introduced female employees to work at the main place to the business owner D from the above E points at around 20:4 on May 31, 2014, and conducted fee-charging job placement service without registration after obtaining KRW 80,00,000 from the passbook (Account Number: H) in the name of G designated by the Defendant at around 16:05 on May 24, 2014, and around 20:44, the Defendant received KRW 70,000 from the passbook (Account Number:J) in the name of the Defendant at agricultural bank (Account Number) designated by the Defendant.
