A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to conduct domestic fee-charging job placement services shall register with the head of local autonomy having jurisdiction over the location of the main office, and the Minister of Employment and Labor.

The Defendant: (a) opened a camera on the Internet site “B(C)” in the following page and introduced female model subscribers as members to domestic and foreign job offerers; (b) around January 24, 2008, the Defendant: (c) introduced to the network a nameless model that was registered with information on the network; and (c) received KRW 1.50,000 as a fee from October 1, 2013; and (d) received the introduction fee of KRW 85,478,196 in total from the date of introduction to the job offerers by 114 times as shown in the Schedule of Crimes (1).

In addition, around September 4, 2012, the Defendant introduced model D to “E”, which is an entertainment business entity in Hong Kong, and received KRW 1 million as a fee, from that time until October 1, 2013, the Defendant introduced to job offerers women who wish to obtain employment abroad over 41 times, such as the list of crimes (2), and received the introduction fee of KRW 64,250,808 in total.
