Punishment of the crime

No owner of a motor vehicle of 2018 Highly 112 shall operate any motor vehicle on the road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on February 10, 2017, the Defendant, who was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 2.5 km section from the front day to the front day of the CU convenience store located at the 14-ro of the same Eup/Myeon from the front day of the GU convenience road at the Jinyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-do., operated a B Adop XD car owned by the Defendant.

2. On May 11, 2017, around 10:10, the Defendant operated a B car not covered by mandatory insurance at a section of about 1 km from the 1530-12 Geumyang-ro, Geumyang-si, Jyang-si, Jyang-si, Seoul, to the front road of the 37 km-ro, Jyang-si, Jyang-si, Jyang-si, Seoul, to the front road of the present elementary school.

3. On May 11, 2017, the Defendant operated a mandatory insurance policy at approximately 15 km section from the Suwon-si Terminal of Suwon-si, Suwon-si to the parking lot of the Seoul detention center located in Suwon-si.

4. On May 13, 2017, around 11:10, the Defendant operated a B-car that did not purchase a mandatory insurance policy from the influencies to the front road of the 782-lane no. 782-ro no. 787, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
