1. On December 6, 2019, at around 09:50, the Defendant 201. On December 6, 2019, at around 09:50, the Defendant 1, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for a trial fee to other persons within the 43 Mecul movement center, and as a result, he saw the victim’s left knife with his hand floor at one time.

2. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. B. Around 08:00 on March 12, 2020, the Defendant, who committed the crime against the victim B, did not take necessary procedures, such as acquiring the victim B’s one card (No. 1) before “H” located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and returning it to the victim, and embezzled the victim’s own idea.

3. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. At around 08:49 on March 11, 2020, the Defendant purchased so-called So-called “J” located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and set forth in Article 2(a).

As stated in the attached list of crimes, D's CB National Bank's physical card was obtained, and it was acquired, stolen, and lost, by deceiving the above C's employees of the convenience store by presenting it to the victim K, who is the above C's employee of the above C's convenience store, and using the lost C's debit card, including using the stolen and lost B's debit card.

B. The Defendant related to the B card ordered beer 1 disease and beer from the main point of “H” located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City between March 12, 2020 to 21:06 of the same day and Article 2-b.

The one card (No. 1) acquired as referred to in paragraph B is one of its own cards.
