A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Acts of the Republic of Korea (reburial, etc. of gambling);

A. Accordingly, on July 201, the Defendant prepared to operate the Internet private horse site through the Nowon-gu Seoul Metropolitan P’s residential area, using the one-half of Nowon-gu in Seoul, and then recruited members of the horse site by sending text messages to the contact numbers of vehicles parked in the horse race track, managed unspecified number of people subscribed to membership, received the betting amount from the above members to the company bank account in the name of Q, paid the cyber money to the extent of the amount deposited by the above members, and paid the money in contact with them, so that the Defendant designated the cyber money in real-time racing and betting amount to make the betting amount, and transferred the money corresponding to the dividend amount to the hostile members, sold the private horse ticket by means of the Defendant, and sold the private horse ticket with the name of the member who did not know, i.e., the method of putting it early to the “open”.
