Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A’s act of similar horse riding voting was proposed to act as a manager of a private horse site from D, who is the branch, and then, to pay KRW 600,000 per week to the operator of the private horse-riding site (E) and received the above private horse-riding site manager account (F) and password (G).
