2. 공무집행 방해, 상해 피고인은 제 1 항 기재와 같은 날 23:05 경 제 1 항 기재 장소에서 위와 이유로 신고를 받고 출동한 대전 둔 산 경찰서 F 지구대 소속 피해자 순경 G(32 세 )에게 재물 손괴 등으로 현행범인 체포되어 112 순찰차에 태워 지게 되자, 갑자기 순찰 차량 뒷좌석에 누워 " 야 씨 발 개새끼야, 수갑 풀어. "라고 욕설하면서 발로 피해자의 좌측 얼굴 부위를 걷어찼다.
