Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On April 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, the victim C management in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) was drunk before the second floor direction of the victim C’s building D in Jongno-gu, Seoul; (c) and (d) “I will not grant

The victim interfered with the business of a private teaching institute by force over about 20 minutes, such as having a large amount of interest, singing with a large amount of singing, etc.

B. On April 5, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s private teaching institute by force over about 15 minutes at the places described in the foregoing paragraph (a) at around 21:00, and in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).

2. On April 5, 2017, the Defendant expressed his intention to give a bribe: the Defendant sent a bribe to the police officer F of the Seoul Police Station E box, who was dispatched after receiving a report of the same content as that set forth in paragraph 1 at the place set forth in paragraph 1 at around 21:15, and received the same content as that set forth in paragraph 1

In other words, the purport of the phrase “conscept 1,00 won per day” was to put one part of the above F into the left part of the above F, and to put the F refusing to do so into the part of the 3rd part of the 0,000 won per day again, and to call the part of the F, and to send the part of the 3rd part of the 0,000 won per day.

Accordingly, the defendant expressed his intention to accept a bribe in relation to the duties of police officers.
