Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2015, the Defendant received 41,000 won (10,000 won (10,000 won) from 41,00 won (10,000 won) from 1,00 won (10,00 won, 3,5,000 won, 2, 1,000 won (10,000 won, 2, 1,000 won, 1,000 won) in front of the branch office of the Saemaeul credit cooperative located in the Seocho-dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and 2,00 won (2,00 won, 1,000 won, 1,000 won, after hiding the victim to the left retail, and thereby drinking 10,000 won.

In other words, the victim delivered 10,000 won to the defendant at the seat.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to take the property by deceiving the victim.
