Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On January 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Incheon District Court on June, 2015, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on the 30th of the same month and is currently under probation period.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Larceny;
A. On March 21, 2015, the Defendant, at the D Child Care Center parking lot located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, opened a front door that was parked therein, and carried out a cash of KRW 140,000, which was located on the victim F, and stolen the money located on the victim F.
B. At around 13:00 on March 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door door of a driver’s seat not corrected for the G SP car parked at the Dongam 12-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, 59-ro; (b) and stolen the cash owned by the victim H, which was kept under the radio gambling room, with 1,500 won.
C. On March 25, 2015, around 06:30 on March 25, 2015, the Defendant opened a door to a driver’s seat, which was parked at the parking lot of the building of the building of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and entered the door, and stolen the Defendant’s cash amounting to KRW 2,000, total market value of KRW 24,000, and tobacco amounting to KRW 24,000.
On April 4, 2015, the Defendant opened a door on the front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu L, Bupyeong-gu L, Incheon, and opened a door to the part of the driver’s seat that was parked therein, and stolen with three copies of Onnuri gift certificates equivalent to KRW 30,00,00, total market price of the victim N in the next storage space.
E. On April 6, 2015, around 07:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, a door to a driver’s seat not corrected in the amount of a passenger car parked therein; and (b) kept and stolen a cash of KRW 1,000, an automobile registration certificate, and a pocket book owned by the victim Q Q Q, which was located in the front of the early slowly.
