1. 피해자 C에 대한 절도 피고인은 2013. 10. 12. 22:16경 논산시 D에 있는 ‘E’ 앞 도로에서 그곳에 주차되어 있던 피해자 C의 F 포터 화물차를 발견하고 철사 끝 부분을 동그랗게 말아 조금 열려진 운전석 창문 틈으로 넣어 잠금장치를 올리는 방법으로 문을 연 다음 그 안으로 들어가 위 화물차 내부에 있던 피해자 소유의 현금 2,000원을 꺼내어 갔다.

2. At around 22:50 on October 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered and opened a door that was parked in the “I” road located in the “I”; (b) opened a door from the Victim G G G, which was parked therein; and (c) removed KRW 2,000 in cash owned by the victim inside the said cargo vehicle.

3. On October 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim K’s M Poter cargo vehicle parked in the road located in Seosan City L, and opened an unlocked door and carried out a door, thereby leaving KRW 1,000 in cash owned by the victim inside the said cargo vehicle.

4. On October 23, 2013, around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim N's Pwitter cargo vehicle parked at the road located in Seosan-si O; (b) opened an unlocked door; and (c) opened a cell phone charging machine equivalent to KRW 10,00,00 in the market price of the victim's possession inside the said cargo vehicle.
