A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. From January 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 12:20 on January 18, 2016, 2016, using a gap in which surveillance by related persons, such as victim F, who is a manager of the said marina at the above place, was neglected; (b) 2 melting 16,00 won at the market price in the above marina; (c) 1 ambreculing 1; (d) ambreing 1; (f) at the market price of 7,400 won in an amount equivalent to 3,500 won in the market price; (f) 1 ambreculing 1; (f) 3,680 won in the market price; (f) 2,900 won in the rice price; (f) 1,00 won in the rice price; (f) 2,500 won in the total of 1,080 won in the market price; and (f) 1, more than 780 won in the market price.
