A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 16, 2017, the Defendant, along with C around 22:00 on May 16, 2017, was waiting for his/her employees to leave from the 1st floor toilets underground of the “EM” building “EM” located in Cheongju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu. On the same day, he/she confirmed that employees were out of the toilets and confirmed that he/she was out of the toilets, and the Defendant was out of the toilets so that C can enter the said marina shop, and reported the network from the surrounding areas. C entered the above marina shop into the cosmetics operated by the victim F, with cash KRW 47,00,00, KRW 89,000, market price of KRW 10,000 and KRW 10,500,000,000, KRW 50,000,000 from the victim G operation.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victims together with C.

2. The Defendant committed on May 18, 2017: around 0:16, 2017: (a) 1string with C entering the string house and enter the above string house with one story underground of the above E EM building; (b) C’s cell phone at the hring house with the 600,000 won of the market price at the H retail store operated by the victim; (c) its cell phone at the thring road with the thring road of an amount equivalent to KRW 469,30,00 in the market price of KRW 469,30; (d) 5 mobile phones at the thring road with the market price of KRW 600,00,000; and (e) 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00,000, more than the market price of 10,5,0.
