Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 15:00 on March 21, 2016, the Defendant was requested to set the car number plate of the vehicle which was gathered on the front of the Seoul Western-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and in order to avoid the control of the unmanned control camera, the Defendant then covered the above vehicle by a newspaper covering the number plate on the water in order to avoid the control of the unmanned control camera.
