Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

While anyone was unable to cover a car registration number plate or make it illegible, the defendant parked a D-wing and fixed vehicle on the front road of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment building B apartment building "C" on November 7, 2016, and then made a car registration number plate if he/she had a paper stuffed.
