A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to conduct construction machinery business (construction machinery rental business, maintenance business, sale business, and dismantlement business) shall register with the head of the Si/Gun/Gu according to the type of business as prescribed by the Presidential Decree. However, the defendant, on February 1, 2013, conducted construction machinery maintenance business without registration by doing construction machinery maintenance work at the "C" located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon.
