Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to operate construction machinery business shall register with the competent authority of the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, etc.

Nevertheless, at around 11:00 on July 4, 2014, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority, engaged in construction machinery maintenance business, such as receiving KRW 50,00,00, by installing maintenance machinery, such as folder and straw straw straw cream, etc., in “C” operated by the Defendant in luminous-si B.
