Punishment of the crime

At around 13:40 on February 13, 2013, the Defendant, at the “C” clothing store located in the Daegu Northern-gu B, Daegu Northern-gu, the Defendant: (a) had 100,000 won or more of the market price of the victim’s ownership, which the victim D opened on his/her table; and (b) committed theft by using the same method with smartphones, etc. in a total of 19 times from around that time to April 9, 2013, equivalent to the total market price of KRW 17,309,00,000, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
