A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

In the absence of the intent or ability to repay, the Defendant pretended as if he was delegated by the illegal B, and had the intent to borrow the loan under the name of the lending company B.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On November 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the office D office operated by the Defendant in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, the Defendant: (b) made E, who is aware of no delegation from B, enter “B” in the space of the loan transaction contract form for the lending transaction contract form of the Meet Korea Ltd.; (c) in the State column, “B” in the State column, “B”, “G” in the resident registration number column, “H”, “H” in the mobile phone number column; (d) “3,00,000” in the amount of the guaranteed obligation column; (e) “3,00,000”; (e) November 8, 2013; (e) “joint and several surety” in the scope column of the guarantee; and (e) “Korea-gu, 2018” in the loan interest rate column; and (e) made B’s name after signing the “B” in the name “B” column.

B. At the date and time set forth in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant had the said E enter “B”, “B”, “B”, “G”, “H”, “H”, “B”, “B” in the mobile phone break column, “11.8, 2013” in the guarantee agreement date column, “39%” in the loan interest rate column, “39%” in the loan interest rate column, and “B” in the guarantor column, respectively, and had the said E sign on the name adjacent thereto.

On November 19, 2013, the Defendant had the said E enter “B”, “B”, “G”, “H”, “H”, “3,00,000” in the column of the resident registration number column, “H”, “19 November 19, 203” in the column of the guarantee contract; “B” in the column of the loan transaction contract in Dong-U.S., Dong-U., Inc., on November 19, 2013; “B” in the column of the guarantee contract; “39%” in the loan interest rate column; and “B” in the column of the joint guarantor column; and then had B sign the name next to the name.
