Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the defendant B's kynasty.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On April 10, 2014, the Defendant stated that “B”, “B” in the loan transaction agreement debt column, “gold million won” in the loan amount column, “443-10,000 won” in the contract date column, and “B” in the due date column, and signed on “B” in the debtor name column.

B. On April 26, 2013, the Defendant stated that “B”, “B” in the loan transaction agreement debt column that he/she received by facsimile from the said MUz fire office, “B” in the loan amount column, “F million won” in the contract date column, and “B” in the due date column, and “B” in the debtor’s name column and signed thereon.

The Defendant stated “B”, “F million won” in the loan transaction agreement debt column received by Fax from a well-known Loan Co., Ltd. in the same date and at the same time and place as set forth in the foregoing B. B.C., as “B”, “F million won” in the loan amount column, “FF 26 April 2013” in the contract date column, and “B” in the due date column, and signed on the name following the Defendant’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged three copies of the above loan transaction agreement, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. The Defendant sent a forged loan transaction agreement to the person in charge of the loan agreement and exercised it by facsimile as if it was a document duly formed by the Plaintiff, at the same time and at a place as set forth in paragraph 1-A.

B. The Defendant, at the same time, at the same time, and at the same place as referred to in paragraph 1-b, shall file a petition for a forged loan transaction agreement with the lender in charge of the Liby Capital Loan Resolution Co., Ltd., who is aware of the forgery.
