A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:30 on June 13, 2013, the Defendant operated a D Twork XG car without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 14 km section to the front side of the village south of the same Gun, via the Dopart in the same Gun, from the front side of the Dopart in the same Gun, via the Dopart in the same Gun.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of a D Tla XG car.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, at around 18:30 on June 13, 2013, the Defendant driven the said TraXG car that was not covered by mandatory insurance, such as Paragraph 1.

[2014 Highest 127] On October 8, 2013, the Defendant driven an Erodox car from around 50 km to about 7 km in the area of the Jinsan-Eup located in the city of Changwon-gu, Changwon-gu to the 0.171% under the influence of alcohol concentration without obtaining a driver’s license on October 8, 2013.
