A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013Kadan326] On October 31, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Gwangju District Court on July 22, 201, and a fine of 3.5 million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Gwangju District Court on July 22, 2011.

1. On December 29, 2012, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a level of 00:15% by blood alcohol level without obtaining a driver’s license, and the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a level of 0.187% by blood alcohol level in the Gwangju Mine-gu, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a level of about 100 meters from the front day of the same Daegu Sim-gu.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of C-A-A-U-U-U-U-U-

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 00:15 on December 29, 2012, the Defendant operated the said automobile which was not covered by mandatory insurance in front of the Posiccck in the Suwon Mine-gu, Gwangju.

[2013 Highest 2989] On July 14:25, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle from the front side of the North Korean Mine Station located in the Northern-dong, Gwangju Metropolitan City to the front side of the new winding safety center at a rate of about 103 km in order to ensure that the Defendant driven a vehicle of so-called Churd lurg at a distance of about 103 km from the front side of the North Korean Power Station located in the North Korean Port.
