A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants trading, assisting in trading, receiving, possessing, possessing, using, managing, preparing, administering, or providing psychotropic drugs (i.e., a single-name philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), even though they are not the authorized person handling narcotics, the Defendants traded and administered philopon as follows.

1. On July 1, 2016, at around 02:00, Defendant A administered 0.2 gramopon in Elocks located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “F”), using pipes created by putting about 0.05 gramopon out of the above phiopon in the 3rd floor parking lot of the above hotel, the Defendant opened approximately 0.05 gramopon in the above phiopon box box’s car parked in the above 3rd floor parking lot of the above hotel, and opened the roopon in the roop box, and then opened the roopon by putting the smoke above the roopon onto the rooper’s car, and then putting the roopon into a pipe created by putting the roop on the roop.

2. Defendants’ co-principal conduct

A. On August 2, 2016, at around 01:00 on August 2, 2016, the Defendants administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.15g of phiphones into a pipe in favor of the public, and entering the phiphones in a way that they are parked in the alleyway near the H hotel located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to administer philophones.

B. On August 5, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendants purchased approximately 0.3 grams from a person who was killed in the name (J) on the alleyway in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on August 5, 2016, for a cash of KRW 400,000,000. At around 01:10 on the same day, the Defendants purchased approximately 0.3 grams from the third floor parking lot on the H hotel’s ground, which was parked in the said H hotel’s third floor on the same day, provided that approximately 0.3g of phiphonephones and administered phiphones in the same way as the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase and administer philophones.

C. On August 8, 2016, Defendants on the joint purchase and medication of philophones are the Defendants on August 8, 2016.
