1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The following three insurance contracts were concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant as well as the policyholder, the principal insured, and the beneficiary respectively.

1) On July 26, 2004, the Korea Food and Drug Corporation Insurance Contract (hereinafter “No. 1 Insurance Contract”).

(2) On October 29, 2010, the integrated spectrum insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) dated 29, 2010 (hereinafter “third insurance contract”) 3) December 15, 1994 (hereinafter “third insurance contract”).

A person shall be appointed.

나. 각 보험약관 중 이 사건과 관련된 내용 1) 제1보험계약의 약관에 따르면 “중대한 암”이란 ‘악성종양세포가 존재하고 또한 주위 조직으로 악성종양세포의 침윤파괴적 증식으로 특징지을 수 있는 악성종양’을 말하는데, 상피내암은 여기에서 제외되고, 암의 진단확정은 해부병리 또는 임상병리의 전문의사 자격증을 가진 자에 의하여 내려져야 하며, 이 진단은 조직검사(fixed tissue), 미세침흡인검사(fine needle aspiration biopsy) 또는 혈액(hemic system)검사에 대한 현미경 소견을 기초로 하여야 한다(보통보험약관 별표 4). 상피내암이란 한국표준질병사인분류 중 분류번호 D00-D09[한국표준질병사인분류상 상피내암(carcinoma in situ)]을 말한다(무배당리빙케어보장특약 약관 제12조 1항). 2) 제2보험계약의 약관에도 위와 같은 내용의 규정이 있다

However, there is symptoms of diseases, which fall under 173 of the classification number and 173 of Jeonamoma.
