1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
(a) The name of the Plaintiff’s patented invention 1: D2) Date of application/registration/patent number: E/F/G;
(b)The summary of the invention is with respect to the pipeline structure of the oil tanker, and is to form a pipe passage (42) of the approximate rectangular structure of the outer upper part of the central car (cargo) oil tank (34) and the vertical partition (32) and the counter (38) in line for the combined line of light and sewage.
The pump room is Na and the upper part of the ship are shocked with Khoren (48), and the transmission pipe is 50, and two are passing through the pipe pipe passage, and the remaining one is passing through the port side.
Freeboard pipe passage is outside the center of the hull, but the passage of the pipe on the left is extended to the stemhead (shiphead) and the sult gas pipes (58) in the port passage passed.

Paragraph 1 of the main claims is 【The Claim 1’s main claim: A pipe passage extended in the direction above and below the hull is installed, and inside which, a pipeline office assigned after the hull and a pipe exhauster connecting the core deck with a shock pipe capable of shocking above the hull to the upper deck, the pipe passage is covered by the main wall of the closed structure; the upper part of the main wall is covered by the upper deck; the upper part of the main wall is formed above with the upper deck; the upper part of the main wall is formed into the upper deck; the upper part of the main wall is composed of a humd humke installed in the upper deck so that it can pass through the upper deck; the opposite part of the main wall is composed of a shape installed in multiple sections; the upper part of the pipeline structure or the upper part of the pipe's hull being extended from the main part to the upper part; and the upper part of the pipe's hull's structure or the upper part is subject to extension from the main part to the main part of the pipe's structure.
