Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and a fine of seven million won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

A. From July 14, 2017 to August 20, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Etc. of Arranging Commercial Sex Acts (i.e., brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts), through the trade name "M", such as "J", "K", "K", and "L, etc., employed a single female female of Thailand as a female sex trafficking, and advertised a commercial sex trafficking business establishment through "M". From July 14, 2017 to August 20, 2017, the Defendant received 30,000 won for 40,000 won for sexual intercourses, 10,000 won for C, 50,000 won for sexual intercourses, and 21,270,000 won for male guests and 200,000 won for 60,000 won for 30,000 won for 10,000 won for 30.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

(b) No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall employ any foreigner without the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

From July 25, 2017 to August 20, 2017, the Defendant employed N (N, one’s name “H”) who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities under the said Gtel 736, thereby allowing an unspecified male to disrupt with the gender of an unspecified male and paid approximately KRW 40,00 won for each gender class.

As a result, the Defendant employed the N of Thai Women who did not have the status of sojourn that could engage in job-seeking activities.

2. Defendant A

A. From July 5, 2017 to August 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Etc. of Arranging Commercial Sex Acts (i.e., brokerage of commercial sex acts), at a business establishment with the trade name “P” on the seventh floor of OA building in Gyeonggi-do, one female in Thailand, Q, R, and S, as a female of commercial sex acts, advertised commercial sex acts with the trade name “V” through Internet site “J”, “T”, “U, etc., and then, the Defendant advertised commercial sex acts with the trade name “V” for an unspecified number of men suffering from such reporting.
